PAYMENT:

We accept payment by Paypal, which is safe and easy to use.  You don't have to be a member of paypal to use it.  If you would prefer to send us a cheque, please e-mail us at info@donnawilson.com and we will send you further information.

No credit or debit cards are accepted at the moment, sorry.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

All products are hand made so may vary slightly in appearance.

 

 

ORDERING TIMES:

Currently we aim to dispatch UK orders within 3 to 4 working days - so send us an email if you need your package for a specific date. Sometimes we have to make things especially, and this can take up to a week.

Orders from Europe, Asia and America will take a bit longer, please allow 2-3 weeks as it's snail mail!

 

 

SHIPPING:

Shipping is charged at cost, this will appear on your order.

We normally use Royal Mail 1st class post. If your order comes to £150 or more you get free shipping within the UK, anywhere else we have to charge costs, sorry!

 

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We do hope that your are very happy with what you receive.  If you are not then please get in touch immediately. Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage.  If you notice that order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong. Thanks.

 

 

MAILING LIST:

We will never pass any of your details on to any 3rd party. You may occasionally get an email or a post card from us, but only now and again.
