#donnasaysshopsmall – Lockdown Special #1

#donnasaysshopsmall -Spring 2020 #1

With so much of the world on lockdown right now, everyone is having to adapt to survive. Many of our stockists have had to close their physical shops and are now relying solely on their online stores.

Here are just a few of our global ambassadors, still waving the Donna Wilson flag worldwide. Please support them where you can, especially if they’re in your local area! It’s not just about making a purchase either – for small businesses, just a like, comment or share on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter goes a very long way.

Even though the shop is temporarily closed, Gray Mist in Cambridge, MA, have a fantastic forest full of creatures on display in their windows, all waiting for new homes – including rare breeds like Bunny Blue! Have a look at their website – the store’s owner, Etsuko Yashiro, is a master basket weaver and, when not locked down, they run Nantucket basket weaving classes from their Cambridge studio. Thanks to MK for all the lovely photos!

Wieswonen in The Netherlands have a super selection of plates on their website, as well as lots of our rarer cushions – including our iconic knitted blue Fox Cushion! They’re an online shop, so all their Instagram snaps are styled and shot in owner Fanda’s lovely home.
