Dry clean or gently hand wash in cool water. Use a mild detergent and spot test before cleaning. To avoid colour run, wash separately.
Avoid wringing out your scarf. We recommend placing it flat between two clean towels and patting dry, then hanging up to air dry.
Silk should be damp when pressed. Iron on the lowest temperature, pressing on the wrong side using a piece of clean white cloth between the silk and the iron. Alternatively, you can use a steamer to get rid of any creases.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days, however, items that are made to order can take up to one week to ship. Please note: items produced in collaboration with SCP have a longer lead time, and this will be indicated in the product description.
All deliveries will require a signature. Orders being sent to a UK address are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, but international orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered – please allow up to 3-4 weeks in transit to be safe.
